We are a full service event rental company with an extensive selection of unique party equipment and furnishings. Our inventory includes structure and frame tents plus everything else you’ll need to make your event a huge success.

TABLE & CHAIRS

We offer beautiful rustic farm tables. Other tables for rental includes 6’ and 8’ buffet tables, 36” round, 48” round, 60” round, 72” round, pedestal/ bistro and serpentine tables. We offer black or white Samsonite folding chairs, white padded folding chairs along with silver chiavari chairs. You can choose to have us to only deliver and pick up the tables and chairs or we can provide setup and removal for an additional fee.

LINENS

For an informal or formal occasion, American Event Tents has got you covered. We offer lap length, formal full length linens as well as decorative overlays and napkins. Chair covers and table skirting also available. We offer plastic linens as well for your more casual events.

LIGHTING & SOUND

Our two basic forms of lighting are Globe lighting and Par lighting. Globe lighting is also known as Ambiance lighting. White globes cover 60 watt bulbs and cast a soft white light, and is perfect for frame tents and smaller pole tents. Par lights are similar to spotlights or stage lights.

HEATING, AIR, & GENERATORS

We offer pedestal fans, ceiling fans, water cooled fans, side-pole fans, port-o cool fans, LB white heaters, and standard generators to make sure your event is electric in more than one way!

FLOORING

We offer not only regular flooring for your events, but also dance flooring. All of our floors will be installed by our expert crew to ensure safety while you and your guest are having fun. If you are ready to do a little dancing, we offer black/white marble checkerboard floors.

PODIUMS

Need to host the next great debate or awards ceremony, our podiums are ready for your use. We even have podiums with built in sound for larger events. Give us a call to learn more.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

Of course we have tents, but we also have the fine touches for varying occasions. Here are some of our additional items: Bars, picket fencing, gold scissors, gold shovels, 30' & 60' Fly Guy inflatable, stanchions, red carpet runners, torches, columns, card board trashcans and fire permits. STAGING

We offer varying sizes of stages. From our smallest size of 4' x 8', to 8' x 24', up to our biggest sized stage of 16' x 32', we have you covered. We also offer carpeting, astroturf, and black skirting for the stages.
