When should I make my reservation?
Early planning ensures availability. It is always best to make a reservation as early as possible especially for events in May, June and October. We take reservations for many events a year or so in advance. We can also take reservations for the same
week as your event if equipment is available
What is required to place my order?
For most orders it is a 50% non-refundable down payment at the time of booking with the balance due one week prior to delivery. These payments can be mailed, faxed, or emailed and paid with a credit card
What kind of payment is accepted?
We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and checks. Checks are only accepted if it is two weeks prior to your delivery date. All orders must be paid in full one week prior to the delivery.
How do I know what size tent I need?
Just call! We will ask you a variety of questions in helping to determine the right size tent for your unique event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Anytime cancellation occurs 50% of the rental will be retained. Any cancellation within a week of the delivery day will require full payment.
What is your unloading policy?
A: When unloading at residents we normally put items in the garage, under a covered patio, or porch as long as it is fifty feet from the truck tailgate. If it is further, additional labor fees will apply. At facilities we will put items inside the door
of the room you are using as long as it is within fifty feet of the truck. If there is an upper level, we can place items there for an additional fee if there is an elevator. We do not carry items up or down stairs.
I’m having an outdoor event. Will the items be ok outside?
A: Items are ok outside during the time of your event. Items will need to be under cover before and after your event, especially over night or during times of rain.
Is there a fee for delivery and pickup?
A: Yes. Fees are determined by your location.
Can I specify a certain time for delivery and pickup?
A: Specific times can be ordered for additional fees. Standard deliveries or pickups are scheduled AM or PM.
